So how does it feel to finish your PADI Divemaster course with Crystal Divers?
Amazing, I finished my Divemaster Friday the 12th of December. After i completed the Diver rescue in the pool with the other DMT’s, I took my 2 exams. It took a little while and while Else was correcting them I was just walking around getting a bit nervous about how I did. She told me that I at least passed. Had a few mistakes though but nothing major, and the one about our dearest Recreational dive planner table I feared the most was all correctly answered ?? WOW.
So i got 95 % in part 1 and 87 % in part 2. that’s good. I then went and talked professionalism with Robin. Professionalism is pretty much how you did overall in your Divemaster course, level of activeness in your training, your ability to serve as a mentor to students taking a course, your willingness to follow directions, positive attitude towards other divers and staff at the resort, caring for environment, general understanding of your role as PADI Divemaster and the frightening appearance. I got all 5’s ! which is the highest you can get. Thank you again Robin! to bad you wasn’t at Crystals that day Andre.
Off course i celebrated a little over the night and the day after we celebrated the newly certificated instructors, most of us well.
Now i just wait for my Crystals divers Dive Master Challenge, that Robin and Andre are arranging possible for Divers Night??
So what now? well i just signed my self up for the next big step in the career path of professional diving. I’m going for the IDC in January with Crystal Divers including the EFRI and the MSDT, so now time for more studying and little more diving to get my experience up and past the time for the next month.
So again it feels really good to end my Divemaster, and already have the next goal set.
Thank you to all of the people that have made my Divemaster trainee time great and boy we had some great fun too.
Lets keep having that for the next 2-3 months.
